Seller Fees Policy

1. Overview

Listing on CARTXIO is free. We charge sellers a commission only when they sell, set by department and lower on bigger orders. Buyers pay a separate small service fee at checkout. Everything below is the live rate card.

2. Fee Structure

•Listing: free for every seller. There is no registration fee and no listing fee.
•Payment gateway: about 2% per transaction, only when the buyer pays through an online gateway. Bank-transfer orders carry no gateway fee.
•Inspection Coordinator: Rs 500-5,000 per inspection, paid by the buyer.
•Optional yearly plans (more buyer-request quotes, bigger listing allowance, visibility): see Seller plans. GST at 18% is added to plan prices.

3. Settlement

•Seller settlement requires delivery, expiry of the listing-specific 0–7 day voluntary-return window, no open dispute, and manual Accounts approval.
•TDS deducted at 1% for sales above Rs 5,00,000/year (form 16A issued)
•GST invoice generated automatically for platform fees
•Dispute hold: settlement delayed until dispute resolution
