Refund & Return Policy

• You can cancel before the seller ships, at no charge.
• After delivery, returns and refunds are for the problems covered in Buyer Protection (non-delivery, wrong item, not as described, shortage, damage).
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on liquidation, lot, pallet and container orders unless the listing says so.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

You can cancel from the order page until the order is shipped. If you paid, the full amount is refunded, including GST and any Buyer Service Fee. Once the seller has dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled; you can refuse delivery only for a covered reason and must raise a dispute.

We or the seller may cancel an order for unavailable stock, pricing or description errors, payment failure, address or serviceability problems, or suspected fraud. You will be refunded in full.

• Non-delivery: full refund.
• Wrong item or materially not as described: full refund after return, or a price adjustment or replacement if you prefer and the seller agrees.
• Shortage against manifest or order: refund or replacement of the missing quantity.
• Damage in transit: refund or replacement for the damaged units, on evidence.
• Goods that match the listing and manifest are not returnable for change of mind, fit, or because you could not resell them.
• Each listing states its voluntary return policy: no returns or a window of up to 7 days after delivery. The policy is binding on the seller. Covered claims for wrong, damaged or materially misdescribed goods remain available under Buyer Protection.

• Raised through the dispute process within the time in Buyer Protection.
• Goods unused, in their original packing as received, with all items, accessories and labels.
• Return only after we approve it and tell you how to send it. Returns without approval are not accepted.
• Keep the courier receipt or return tracking.

• Cancelled before shipment or failed order: refund started within 2 working days.
• Approved return: refund started within 3 working days after the seller or our inspector receives and checks the goods.
• Credit to your account: usually 5-7 working days after we initiate it for UPI, cards and net banking; some banks take longer.
• Where a price adjustment is agreed, we refund the difference.

We cannot see your bank's processing. If the refund is not credited within 10 working days after we confirm initiation, send us the order number and the payment reference and we will chase it with the payment partner.

The goods price and the GST on it are refunded. The Buyer Service Fee is refunded where the order is cancelled before shipment or where the claim is upheld because of the seller or the Platform. Outward freight is refunded for non-delivery and for an upheld claim; it is not refunded where you simply return goods that match the listing. Payment-gateway charges are not refundable where the order was fulfilled as listed.

When a refund relates to a tax invoice, a credit note is issued as required by GST law. If you claimed input tax credit, you must reverse it as the law requires.

Liquidation and refurbished goods are generally sold without a manufacturer's warranty unless the listing says so. Where a warranty is stated, claims go to the warranty provider named on the listing.
