Grievance Redressal

1. For an order problem, use "Problem with this order" on the order page (this starts the dispute process in Buyer Protection).
2. For anything else, email [email protected] with your name, registered mobile number or email, order number if any, and a clear description with screenshots or documents.
3. You will get a complaint number by acknowledgement.

The officer's name and any additional contact are published here and in the app as they are appointed or change.

• Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of receiving your complaint.
• Resolution: within one month of receiving it, and sooner where we can.
• Content takedown: for notices about content that is unlawful or infringing, we act within the time the IT Rules require, and within 24 hours for content that exposes private areas of a person or is an impersonation of the complainant.
• Data rights requests under the DPDP Act: within 30 days.

• Reply to the complaint and ask for it to be reviewed by a senior member of the team.
• Consumers can contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in, or file a complaint with the consumer commission that has jurisdiction.
• Data protection complaints can be taken to the Data Protection Board of India after you have first used our grievance process.
• You can also use arbitration as set out in the Terms of Use.

Each listing page shows the seller's trade name, location and verification status. A seller's registered business address, GSTIN and contact details are available from the order page and the tax invoice once you place an order, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
