What sellers usually ask
Who can sell on CARTXIO?
Registered Indian businesses: manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, stockists, liquidators and retailers, whether you clear surplus or sell fresh stock in bulk. Sole proprietorships, partnership firms, LLPs and companies can all apply. You need a GST registration, a PAN and a bank account in the business's name. Every owner or director completes KYC.
Is GST registration compulsory?
Yes. Every seller must have a valid GSTIN so that buyers get proper tax invoices and input tax credit. We check that your GSTIN is valid and that its PAN matches your business PAN.
Why do you ask for so many documents?
To keep fraud out. Buyers pay real money, so we confirm who you are, that the business exists, who owns it, and where the stock physically is. This protects buyers and honest sellers alike.
How long does verification take?
Usually 1 to 2 business days after you submit a complete application. If a document is unclear we tell you exactly which one to upload again.
I am a wholesaler or distributor. Is there a better rate for me?
Yes. Show us proof that you are a wholesaler, or that you buy direct from the company or are its authorised distributor, and we verify it. Verified sellers get a trust badge on their listings and a lower commission. You can also set bulk prices on a listing, such as 100 or more at one price and 500 or more at a lower one.
What does it cost?
There is no charge to apply. CARTXIO earns a commission on sales, which depends on the category and listing type. You see it in Seller Central before you publish a listing. See the Seller fees page for details.
When do I get paid?
After the order is delivered and the 48-hour condition check has passed without a dispute. The payout then goes to your verified bank account, normally within 3 to 5 business days.
What can I not sell?
Counterfeit, illegal, recalled or unsafe goods and anything on our Prohibited Items list. Listings are checked, and breaches lead to removal and suspension.
