1. Overview

CARTXIO follows RBI-compliant KYC norms for marketplace participants.

2. KYC Tiers

• •Basic: PAN + Phone (for purchases up to Rs 50,000/month)
• •Standard: + Aadhaar/Address proof (purchases up to Rs 2,00,000/month)
• •Enhanced: + GSTIN + Bank statements (above Rs 2L/month or all sellers)
• •Business: + Company documents + Board resolution for entities

3. Data & Privacy

• •KYC data stored encrypted (AES-256) and never sold or shared for marketing
• •Aadhaar e-KYC used only for verification, not stored in full
• •KYC re-verification required every 3 years or on significant account change
• •Users can request data export or deletion per DPDP Act 2023
